Blade Runner 2049 was one of my favourite movies of 2017, so when Posterspy announced a competition brief with Sony Pictures to create an alternative poster there was no question I had to get involved.
The sequel starring Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling, & Jared Leto to name a few, for me stands shoulder to shoulder with the original which by the way is 35 year olds. Using stills from the movie, bleak colours and dashes of neon I really wanted to echo the films glitzy, grimy dystopian futuristic sci-fi vibe. I’m always in awe of the talent that enters these creative briefs, so good luck to all.
